I agree!  I'm going to keep eating my dark chocolate, however.  Grin

thats a great article! i have a question regarding the salmon though, i eat a lot of sushi, specifically salmon, does that have the same effect or should the fish be cooked? basically are the results the same with salmon if it is raw or cooked?

Raw is fine too.  Wild is best.  I love sushi!

I was wondering does Organic Sullfites free wine helps too? I have alergy from Sulfites..

Also Glucosamine, wasnt this used for joints?  apperently helps for skin as well?

Also Caffeine? I usually dont drink coffe? but i think Dr B says that coffeine is usefui?  i am confused about the COffeine properties. Please advice Smiley

There are also naturally occuring sulfites in wine.  So it may not be possible to avoid this chemical entirely if you drink red wine.

As for caffeine, quite a lot of people are sensitive to it. (I get palpitations from too much which for me is the amount you'd find in only about 2-3 cups.) It's probably best to drink it in the form of green tea where it is also balanced by calming chemicals in the tea. Green tea also contains other useful compounds that are good for heart health. Just look for lotions etc. that contain a fair amount of caffeine. But don't drink them Cheesy

I think I read De .B. reccomendation  for topical caffeine ias a vasoconstrictor that can alleviate redness.

I couldn't find the article either, so I googled "diet detective dr. baumann" and came up with this link.  I think it might be the same one Gucci Bear posted the link to back in 2007.
