Thank you for sharing these experiences with us.  This is just another example of the perils of ordering online and why we all must be vigilant about the fine print or risk being ripped off.  Hats off to Anonymous for contacting the Florida Attorney General's Office to get them involved - otherwise, she might never have gotten a satisfactory resolution.

Ahhh............I did it and was scammed! Dermapril -free trial.  I have recieved 2 charges of 85.90 and 79.90 within the past 2 wks.  It was exactly as you stated and now I have a receipt that states all sales are final and 100% refundable.
I am livid angry, I have called and left messages and pray recieving a refund will not be too miserable.  This company is a scam and offers false advertisment. STAY AWAY!!!

I enrolled in what I though was truely a risk free 14 day trial.  Little did I know auto-ship was on the horizon.  I think the company should be forthright with it's policies.  I truely believe this company and many others like them review their policies in very fine print or place said policies in areas on the web page you would not be inclined to look at.

I have spent numerous hours trying to resolved this matter.  They ship it to you USPS and then they want you to pay a rediculous amount to ship it back UPS.  Shady...Very Shady.  The consumer should be able to rely on integrity not trickery and scams!  Do not become involved in any other these on-line "No RISK DEALS".

Talk about seeing RED

I have never dealt with a company with the impunity that Dermapril-SP has exhibited.

I did not know I was getting a full size, did not open the package until I saw a charge of $79.95  to my credit card.  Within 2 weeks of that charge a 2nd charge of $79.95 was made, that Dermapril SP has not ever arrived in my mail box yet.

When I called for a return authorazation number I was told there was NO MONEY BACK Guarantee for this product, not even teh product I have not yet received.

I explained the original package was still intact and had never been opened.  They did not care, they made it VERY CLeAR they would not refund any money that had been charged.

I contacted my Credit Card company and they called Dermapril as well, with the same results.

BAD COMPANY Please warn people if they order a "sample" of Dermapril, a sample does not exist in size nor in charges.

If anyone has been successful in getting a refund from Dermapril for products still within a 30 day period I would like to know how they managed to get the refund.

I think many other people would be interested as well.

Several people have obtained refunds, just read through this thread from the beginning.
