Hi in reading one of the past posts, I realize I now have Milia. These are the small whitish bumps like babies get. I currently use Ponds cleansing cream and Eucerin Redness Relief and Moisturizer. Is there anything else I can do to try and get this to go away. It really only started about 6 months ago. No idea really why. It is mostly on my cheeks and around my nose.
Any ideas?
thanks
Penny

Hi, Penny and welcome to the forum!

I answered your post in the other thread.  But here it is again, just in case.

I've gotten those kinds of bumps before (and what kind have I not gotten - LOL).  It's sometimes caused by an allergic reaction to something you're using, either skincare products or cosmetics.  Sometimes, it happens when makeup is not removed properly.  It could be that the Ponds Cleansing cream is causing this since this product can be difficult to remove entirely and tends to leave a residue on skin that can build up over time.  I had to stop using it too because I got those kinds of bumps (I tried the Pond's because my skin is very sensitive and redness prone and I thought this would be milder).  Once I stopped using the Pond's cleansing cream, my skin began to clear up and the bumps disappeared.

Try using something else to remove your makeup such as makeup remover oil or makeup remover pads:  Josie Maran Bear Naked Wipes; Almay Makeup Remover Towelettes; CVS Gentle Cleansing Wipes or Boots Expert Sensitive Cleansing & Toning Wipes.  You can follow that with a gentle wash of your cleanser.

See if that helps clear it up.

Hope this helps!
