Returns
Additional Shipping Guidelines
All orders are subject to verification.
Most credit card orders are authorized immediately.
Your order will be delayed if an incorrect billing address is supplied.
All orders shipping to an address different than the billing address are subject to further verification. All orders over $100.00 must ship to a verified billing address or a shipping address that is on file with the credit card company.
We do not ship partial orders. All orders will be shipped in their entirety when all the items are available.
To cancel an order please email: sales@SkinTypeSolutions.com from the email that was entered with your order.
Cancellations
You may cancel any item(s) that you have purchased from skintypesolutions.com:
All cancellations will be immediate and there will be no refunds for Newsletter subscriptions. Any product orders will need to be returned for a refund.
Warranty Information
Please note that we have a 15 day warranty on item(s) purchased from skintypesolutions.com and any request made after the warranty has expired, unfortunately will not be fulfilled. The warranty starts from the original ship date. Warranty for any replacement item(s) is continued from the original warranty and does not start anew.
Replacement Policy
If a subscriber does not receive a newsletter, please email subscriptions@SkinTypeSolutions.com for a replacement.
If we replace any item(s) other than newsletters within our normal warranty period, we will provide a pre-paid postage return mailer or call tag for you to return the item(s) we replace for you for reason of defective, damaged or wrong. We require for you to return the original item(s) that are being replaced, in the return mailer or by using the call tag provided, within 14 business days from the date of receipt of these original item(s). You are responsible for the drop-off of the return mailer at the Post Office or the Call Tag at your nearest FedEx drop-off location. A Customer Support Representative will contact you if we do not receive the original item(s) back within the specified time frame, to remind you that we have yet to receive the item(s) back. We reserve the right to debit your account if we do not receive the original item(s) back within 30 mailing days of the ship date of the replacement order for the replacement item(s). If we debit your account and you then return the original item(s) we will promptly credit your account for the additional amount debited, only if the original item(s) is returned within the normal warranty and meets all of the specific requirements listed on this page. Any item(s) we replace carries the remainder of the original warranty, therefore the warranty for replaced item(s) does not start a new warranty period. (Replacement(s) sent to Canadian customers unfortunately will not be provided a return mailer or call tag for returning original item(s) due to issues beyond our control. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. You will need to send back the original item(s) to our address listed above within the time frame specified under our replacement policy. You may call our Customer Support Department for more information if needed.
Return Policy for Exchanges
If you would like an exchange, the item(s) returned will need to be unopened/unused and within warranty. If there is a difference in the cost the customer will be required to pay the difference.
If the difference indicates that we owe you a credit, which will be credited in the same method of your original payment. Please note that the exchange process is longer than the replacement process and may take up to five business days to complete. If you do not include the required information with your return you will be contacted by one of our Customer Support Representatives.
Return Shipping Cost
In order to keep our prices low and competitive we are unable to issue a refund for any return postage. You will be responsible to return any item(s) back to us at your cost for us to process your request for either a refund or exchange.
It usually takes 24-48 hours, once the package is received in our office, to process your request. If your order was paid by Paypal and the refund is processed within the first 60 days of the purchase, you will receive an e-mail confirmation once the refund is processed. If your order is paid by check or money order, unfortunately you will not receive an e-mail confirmation. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. Payment Options
ON-LINE ORDERS
To process your order smoothly, we strongly recommend you use the same shipping address for your billing address and shipping address, or your order could be delayed for verification.
Orders placed and credit approved by 11:00 a.m. E.S.T Monday - Friday for items in stock usually ship the same day ordered. Orders placed and credit approved anytime during weekends for items in stock that do not require configuration, will ship on the following Monday. These cutoff times are a guideline and are subject to possible change or modification due to prevailing circumstances. This information does not constitute a guarantee!

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express, and PayPal.
For Credit Cards:
All credit card orders are subject to credit verification and approval. For your protection, credit card orders are shipped only to the billing address for the credit card. In the case of a PO Box billing address, you will need to provide a shipping street address.
We do not accept international credit cards.
For Money Orders/Cashier's Checks:
We do not accept Money Orders or Cashier Checks.
For Paypal:
If you choose PayPal as your payment method, please pay to paypal@SkinTypeSolutions.com. When submitting your payment, please provide us with your Confirmed Shipping Address which you registered with PayPal, otherwise your order will be delayed for further verification. If you prefer to ship to a location different from your “Confirmed Shipping Address" in PayPal, please indicate your request in the note box.

We verify all billing information provided by the customer. Please enter all information correctly; otherwise your order will be delayed for further verification.
We ship from Florida. All orders delivered to a Florida address will be charged the appropriate sales tax.
